The purpose of the PSD is to render logistic, administrative and financial management support to all TRALSO programmes. This assistance relates not only to the external interventions of the organisation, but also internal endeavours geared to improve the organisation’s sustainability.
The PSD meets its Strategic Objectives by ensuring:
- That TRALSO continues to gain knowledge and continues to learn while serving the needs of rural communities
- The appropriateness of programmes to community needs
- Cost effectiveness and efficiency in delivery of core programme activities
- That policy implementation takes place and achieves the desired objectives.
